10 TIPS FOR PERFECT BAKING






1) When baking with a fan oven, remember to reduce the temperature a little bit.
2) It's important to concentrate.
3) Remember to add all the ingredients in the correct order.
4) Wearing on apron will protect your clothes.
5) Wearing a hair band, to stop your hair falling into the food, is very important.
6) You need to be careful not to burn yourself.
7) To separate egg white and yolks use a plastic water bottle to suck out the yolks.
8) You need a muffin or a cake tin to make cakes or muffins.
9) Using a wooden spoon will stop the cake mixture from sticking to the spoon.

10) Keeping the door of the fan oven closed is important. Don't check it too often.
